How do I return an item?

Shipping Estimates

Please note that HairDiamond Italia may choose to ship the order via a variety of carriers. All shipments will be processed Ground via common carrier, (i.e.: UPS, USPS, FedEx) unless otherwise requested by the buyer. Transit times will vary depending on shipping location.

Purchase Online /Over Phone

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Money orders and checks are accepted as prepayments for customers without terms that do not wish to use a credit card. Please note that orders will not be shipped until the prepayment has been received by HairDiamond Italia.

Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, call HairDiamond Italia at 818-551-0586 prior to shipping. Please have the company information and/or order number handy during the time of your call. If the order has already shipped, you will not be able to cancel it.

Returns and Exchanges

  • No returns/exchanges or replacements will be accepted without prior approval from HairDiamond Italia.
  • An RA# (return authorization) must be obtained from HairDiamond Italia and is valid 14 days from issued date.
  • Returned merchandise should be shipped in the original carton, clearly marked with the issued RA# and must be in resale condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to a higher re-stocking fee.
  • Refunds will be issued in a form of payment (check, credit card, or merchandise credit) at HairDiamond Italia‚Äôs discretion.
  • Damaged items must be reported to the carrier and HairDiamond Italia immediately. Breakage is the carrier's responsibility. Inspect your shipment upon receipt. HairDiamond Italia must file claims with carrier within 5 days and original packaging must be retained for carrier inspection.
  • Do not unpack or try on the product. Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, we do not accept return of items that have been worn, tried on, or handled.
  • Promotions and coupon codes do not apply to exchange items. Any differences owed will be automatically charged to the original credit card used. If paid with PayPal a request for the difference will be sent.
  • Any promotional items included originally with the product must also be returned. If promotional items are not returned, retail costs of these items will be incurred.
  • Returns and exchanges are not allowed on clearance sale items
  • Any unauthorized items received will automatically incur a 30% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued for the item cost only.
  • Return charges are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Once you have received your exchange, no further exchanges can be made.

International Orders Shipping Outside the U.S.

For all orders shipping outside the U.S., charges and estimates apply to the transportation of the freight. This does NOT cover or include charges for foreign customs taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees. The customer will be responsible for all additional taxes and duties pertaining to customs clearance, which are payable to the customs broker before the shipment can be released for delivery.


Custom orders are NOT returnable. We make every attempt to ship the exact quantities ordered, but reserve the right to over-ship or under-ship WITHIN 5% of the ordered quantities for Custom Orders.

Damaged / Missing Items

Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted within 24-48 hours of order receipt; contact Customer Care at 818.551.0586. Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary. Any damages claimed after a month of receipt of the product is considered regular wear and tear and will not be reimbursed.

Color Discrepancies

HairDiamond is not responsible for color not meeting customer expectations. The description of a color is given as accurately as possible, but IS subject to opinion person-to-person. For best results, please purchase a color ring for the most accurate color choice prior to purchasing any hairpiece.
